Sleeping Bear heritage Trail

The Little Traverse Lake Association continues to take an active role in attempting to work with interested parties, including the National Park Service regarding  the routing of the proposed final expansion of the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail near Little Traverse Lake.

A group called "Sleeping Bear Naturally" has released  the following report: Engineering Design Analysis of Recreational Opportunities in the Good Harbor Region 


Sleeping Bear Naturally has communicated appreciation to Little Traverse Lake Association for past involvement with the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail.   In an email addressed to the Little Traverse Lake community, including lake residents and LTLA members, Marilyn Miller, co-founder of Sleeping Bear Naturally, also communicated other information and positions on Segment 9.  A copy of the correspondence can be found here.
